Player rating

The Court Pro Rating is our official 0.0–7.0 player level scale, matching the international standard used by platforms like Playtomic. While the scale is the same, our calculation method is unique—using a custom algorithm that factors in match results, opponent strength, consistency, and category level in PPS events.

All players are evaluated in a scale 0-100  and from there the Court Pro rating is stated by 0.06

This ensures ratings are globally comparable yet locally accurate, giving a true reflection of each player’s performance and progress.

PPS • Player Ratings
Pro (A) 6+

6.1 Forehand and backhand: Hard hitting control, depth and variety of shots. Good control of direction and consistent. Attacking strokes, Can hit with depth and power, Plays difficult volleys looking for the opponents weak points, Keeps the pace high when the opponent plays with high speed.

Diamond Semi Pro (A) 5.0–6.0

5.1 Dominates technical and tactical skills, Prepared to play matches with high pace

5.5 Forehand and backhand, hard hitting control, depth and variety of shots. Good control of direction and consistent. Attacking strokes: Can hit with depth and power, Plays difficult volleys looking for opponents weak spots. Keeps the pace high. Walls, good rebounding defence. Fast bandeja both sides. Solid teamwork and game reading.

Platinum Advanced (B) 4.0–5.0

4.1 Masters strokes, can direct ball where wanted. Puts speed but struggles to finish points.

4.5 Medium technique and high technique mindset. Ready to play matches with good pace.

Gold Intermediate (B) 3.0–4.0

3.1 Dominates strokes, plays slice and flat. Many unforced errors, decent rallying.

3.5 Master most strokes. Keeps rallies, less unforced errors, directional control.

Low Gold (C) 2.1–3.0

2.1 Almost mastered strokes, controls ball at normal speed.

2.5 Dominates strokes, drives ball, makes unforced errors, rallies better.

Silver (C) 1.0–2.0

1.1 Few coaching, played 6 months, little tactics/technique, slow rally and return.

1.5 Played 12 months, learning tactics, rallies at low speed.

Beginners (D) 0.0–1.0

0-0 Has never played any racquet sports

0.5 Never tried coaching, under 3 months playing, no tactics or technique

1.0 Played 3 months regularly, no coaching, no tactics or technique
