PPS #18 – A Record-Breaking Weekend at Padelbay Phuket

PPS #18 – APPT Challenger at Padelbay Phuket delivered another unforgettable weekend of competitive padel, bringing together players from Thailand and around the world for three action-packed days of matches, competition and community.
With 102 teams taking part, the tournament produced an incredible 235 matches across the weekend. From the opening matches to the final battles on Sunday, the level of competition continued to rise, with close games, dramatic moments and plenty of matches that kept players and spectators on the edge of their seats.
📺 A New PPS Livestream Record
This event also marked a major milestone for the Phuket Padel Series.
The live coverage attracted the highest number of views in PPS history, with fans following the action both from Phuket and from around the world.
Our media and streaming team captured the atmosphere of the tournament throughout the weekend, allowing viewers who couldn't be at Padelbay to follow the action and watch some of the biggest matches live.

🌍 An International Padel Community
PPS #18 once again showed just how international the Phuket padel community has become.
With players representing 20+ nationalities, the tournament brought together a fantastic mix of local players, international residents and visiting competitors.
Different backgrounds, different playing styles and different levels of experience — all coming together through one thing: padel.
🏆 More Than Just Matches
While the competition was at the heart of the weekend, PPS is about much more than the results.
It is about meeting new people, building the padel community, supporting the growth of the sport in Phuket and creating tournaments that players genuinely want to come back to.
From the first serve on Friday to the final celebrations on Sunday, Padelbay was filled with energy, supporters, players and some seriously competitive padel.
The weekend once again showed what makes the Phuket Padel Series special: competitive matches on court, a strong community around it and players from many different countries sharing the same passion for the game.
